Legal documents with attestation provided from the company to PYRAMID (PIES) : The documents include:
- Demand Letter
- Power of Attorney
- Service Agreement
- Letter of Guarantee
- Employment Contract
- The above documents a, b , c , & d should be attested by the certifying body like Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Nepal Embassy in the country depending upon the type of work. Original to be send to us by Courier.
- The documents will be submitted to the Ministry of Labor and the first approval takes around 2-3 working days.
- The advertisement is published in the Local News paper mentioning the interview date and all the other information’s required.
- The documents of the candidates are collected and prepare for the final interview.
- The final interview will be conducted as by the Employer’s Instruction and trade test if required.
- After interview, selected candidates undergo medical test.
- The complete set of documents is provided to the company within a week of the interview and visa is applied by the Employer Co.
- Once the visa is received it will take 10 -15days for completion of deployment depending upon group of candidates.
- Requested to booked The tickets and candidates are made ready for the flight.
Before one day of flight, the candidates are provided with orientation regarding the flight, company and country. They are given away the necessary documents for the flight.

Selection of Candidates: The recruiting company maintains up-to-date bank of potential candidates with his full personal information of his skill, qualification, experience and other essential information. The advertisement of demand in the National News Papers & Televisions allows the candidates do free completion for the post. The recruiting Company (PIES) hold the pre-scanning of the candidates and fixes the date of the final interview. The final interview for pre-scanned candidates is conducted by the employer or his representative or PIES on employer behalf. The selection is made purely on merit basis and not on racial, secretarial or considered action. Pyramid is confident that the personnel selected by the selection team will fulfill the employer’s need & earn reputation & appreciation from Employer.
Medical Check Up: Selected Candidates will be sent to an GAMCA or approved Medical center for full medical examination. The Candidate, only who is fit medically & physically for employment will be eligible to sign the employment contract.
Issuance of Visa: The Concerned abroad company applies for the visa on Behalf of Pyramid International Employment Service (P) Ltd. and sends it back to our Company Excluding for KSA, PIES have it’s own stamping Card for its Saudi Embassy in Kathmandu & Dhaka.
Orientation: Prior to the departure of worker, the orientation briefing is organized to make all workers fully aware of the employment country’s law & orders , immigration policy and maintain understand and cordiality among themselves and aims to strictly abide by the guideline in the field of their employment & direct them to maintain good circumstances and motivates them to their duties & responsibilities. The Orientation classes are hold by the authorized department under the permission of the Department of Foreign Employment, Nepal
Permission from DOFE, Nepal: In order to recruit the Nepalese Worker for the Foreign Employment the Recruiting Agency has to get the final permission from the department of Foreign Employment under the legal provisions.
Travelling Arrangement: The Air tickets are provided (PTA) or local purchase to avoid delay. In case, PIES sent all the visa endorsements, passport to concerned airlines to confirm the schedule flight from Nepal to the nearest airport of the working sites.
